This is a bespoke programme for the Bride and Bridegroom to be. The programme includes an initial consultation to discuss your goals, and the programme will be planned accordingly. The plan will include recipes, meal plan, supplements and regular sessions with me. The program is based on the principles of Ayurveda and Functional medicine including the sessions on mindfulness to completely de-stress you and ensure you achieve optimal health before your big day.
